How digital are the Swiss millennials, and what do they expect from their bank?
On behalf of CREALOGIX, the market research institute CENSUSWIDE conducted an online survey throughout Switzerland with 1,001 banking customers between the ages of 18 and 45.
We wanted to find out how important online and mobile banking are for millennials today, how satisfied the younger customer groups are with their bank and the potential that lies in Open Banking.
