Ruedi Noser was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors of CREALOGIX Holding AG at the Annual General Meeting. The co-founder and owner of the Noser Group and the Zurich FDP Stand Council replaces Jean-Claude Philipona, who resigned his position after 13 years on the Board of Directors. Bruno Richle (Chairman), Richard Dratva, Christoph Schmid and Ralph Mogicato were re-elected to the Board for a further year.
The Annual General Meeting on 29 October 2018 followed the proposal of the Board of Directors and elected Ruedi Noser as a new member of the Board of Directors of CREALOGIX Holding AG. Noser has more than 20 years of industry experience; specifically, he led the Noser Group as its co-founder and led the Winterthur startup to the globally active ICT company it is today. As the FDP cantonal councilor for the Canton of Zurich, he strongly supports the Swiss ICT industry and is particularly committed to continuing education. Ruedi Noser has thanked the co-shareholders for their trust: "It is my incentive and obligation to be shaping the future of the company on the CREALOGIX Board of Directors. The ICT industry has grown close to my heart and I have been able to observe the positive effects of digitisation in many areas of our everyday lives. This expertise also offers CREALOGIX added value. It is therefore a great pleasure for me, together with the strong entrepreneurial personalities in CREALOGIX, to put my weight behind a flagship of the local digital economy." Ruedi Noser complements CREALOGIX's Board of Directors with the current members Bruno Richle (Chairman), Dr. Richard Dratva, Dr. Christoph Schmid and Ralph Mogicato, all of whom were re-elected by the Annual General Meeting.
