CREALOGIX: Capital Increase

In connection with its acquisition of Innofis ESGM S.L., Barcelona ("Innofis"), as announced on 9 January 2018, CREALOGIX increased its share capital and issued new shares from authorised capital on 27 March 2018. Subject to the registration of the capital increase with the commercial register, the newly issued CREALOGIX shares will be listed on SIX Swiss Exchange AG on 29 March 2018.

With completion of the acquisition, the former large majority owner of Innofis, David Moreno, has become a substantial shareholder of CREALOGIX holding more than 10% of the company's share capital. Further, David Moreno, CEO and founder of Innofis, is appointed as member of the Executive Group Management of CREALOGIX.
