Swiss Federal Railways SBB relying on the Stage authoring tool from CREALOGIX Digital Learning for the development of learning content for its employees. The Zurich-based company won the public tender by SBB for 'Content Authoring & Delivery' and integrated its product into the system environment of the Swiss rail and transport company within a few months. Working together they have developed over 100 learning programmes for use throughout the company since January 2016.
SBB chooses a new content strategy for its employees
With the introduction of a learning management systems at SBB, the SAP strategy has been implemented throughout the company, replacing the previous learning and content management system by the end of 2015. George Streit, Senior Training Specialist at SBB, explains the reasons as follows: "To be able to continue creating training content, we needed a separate content authoring tool. Following an appropriate tendering process, the contract for the 'Content Authoring & Delivery' project was awarded to CREALOGIX. The cost/benefit ratio and the contractual framework conditions were what tipped the decision in favour of Stage." CREALOGIX is entering into a cooperative arrangement with the SBB for a period of five years.
