Jean-Claude Philipona, member of the Board of Directors of the CREALOGIX Group, announces his resignation at the Annual General Meeting on 29 October 2018. Ruedi Noser is proposed for election as a new member of the Board of Directors.
Jean-Claude Philipona has been a member of the Board of Directors of CREALOGIX Holding AG since 2005 and brought to the Board extensive expertise in finance and accounting as well as specific competencies in the area of integration and consolidation of internationally active companies. In addition, he did an excellent job as Head of the Audit Committee. The Board of Directors regrets his resignation on the one hand but understands his desire for additional freedom for the future on the other.

At the Annual General Meeting of CREALOGIX Holding AG on 29 October 2018, the Board of Directors will propose the election of Rudolf "Ruedi" Noser (*1961, Swiss citizen) to the Board of Directors. The co-founder and owner of the Noser Group has been a permanent fixture in the Swiss IT landscape for over 20 years. Until 2017, he chaired the umbrella organization of the ICT industry "ICTswitzerland" and is a member of the Zurich FDP Stand Council. Since his election to the Council of States, he has relinquished operational management of the Noser Group. He remains available as a member of the Board of Directors of Noser Management AG.

The other members of the Board of Directors Bruno Richle, Richard Dratva, Christoph Schmid and Ralph Mogicato are standing for re-election.
