In future, Raiffeisen Landesbank Südtirol AG and all Raiffeisen banks in South Tyrol will use CREALOGIX software for their retail and private banking consulting services. The Raiffeisenverband Südtirol, the umbrella organisation of the South Tyrolean Raiffeisen banks, has commissioned the digital banking software provider to implement the CREALOGIX Financial Advisory Workbench consulting software.
The balance sheet total of the Raiffeisenkassen organised in the Raiffeisenverband Südtirol amounted to 14.8 billion euros at the end of the last financial year. In 174 business outlets, about 1,700 employees served more than 71,000 members. In future, around 450 advisors to Raiffeisenkassen and Raiffeisen Landesbank Südtirol AG will use the CREALOGIX Financial Advisory Workbench for investment advice in retail and private banking. The tool supports the Raiffeisen advisors in preparing the meeting and guides the advisor together with his customer through the entire advisory process via a user-friendly and well-structured interface.
With CREALOGIX's hybrid advisory solution, investment advisors can develop strategic options for future asset allocation based on an analysis of existing assets and a determination of the risk profile and investment horizon. When providing advice on a desktop PC, notebook or tablet, the client can use interactive computers to easily understand the various parameters of his investment decision and is thus directly involved in the advisory process.
Numerous parameterization options enable the mapping of individual consulting processes
At Südtiroler Raiffeisenkassen, the consultant solution will be used in a German, English and Italian language version. The CREALOGIX Financial Advisory Workbench is intended to increase the efficiency of customer advisory services in retail and private banking and to ensure a consistently high level of advice independent of the individual institution and consultant.

MiFID II and IDD compliant advisory process
The CREALOGIX Financial Advisory Workbench, whose basic structure was developed by CREALOGIX together with a consulting bank, has a modular structure and, with its 360-degree analysis and the areas of investment, provision, hedging and, in the future, financing consulting, will enable customers to receive all-round advice. The software meets all the requirements of a MiFID II and IDD-compliant advisory process.
