The Monitoring module simplifies the collection, processing, storage and provision of indicator and participant data. This information can be passed on to the EU as well as to other bodies for evaluation purposes. To ensure the further use of the data, a direct data exchange between the portal and the back-end is possible through a corresponding interface.

The Payout Request module enables a structured and standardised list of end customer receipts to legitimise expenses and revenues – all within the scope of the funded measure. Through various REST APIs, the module ensures that the data of the payout request can be used in the individual business transactions outside the module. Depending on the needs of the institution, the payout request can be configured and extended to ensure the greatest possible benefit.

Any external parties can participate in a multi-stage approval process in the portal and carry out any necessary checks via the central portal. There are no limits to the number of possible stages. Each institution can manage itself and its users digitally.

Each user of the portal can view their own tasks, including a transparent display of the other application processes in which they are involved. Users can edit, approve, reject, or even contact other parties involved.

Core Portal supports all current standard funding programs and application routes. The administration area displays all personal customer data, which can also be managed via the Service and Support module should the customer require assistance. Additional functionalities to support the application process, such as an overview of documents and tasks, customer communication or a listing of all previous applications, are available. Core Portal can also be expanded with the seamless addition of specific modules and funding channels, including Monitoring and Housing Promotion.
