Digital banking software provider CREALOGIX implements its funding portal at BAB, the development bank.

CREALOGIX and Sedania As Salam Capital Sdn Bhd has pledged to continue bolstering digital adoptions for Malaysian Financial Institutions. The aim is to support recovery from the pandemic via a series of its joint enhanced digital solutions.

The virtual gathering brings together experts from across the industry to discuss how to advance digitalisation for recovery, sustainability and inclusion in Malaysia and South East Asia, and runs from 24th - 28th January.

Almir Marghella and John Ennis are experienced leaders with vast expertise in the area of fintech and banking. As Managing Directors, they are part of CREALOGIX's extended Executive Management team.

Only around 40% of SMEs are satisfied with their banks' digital offerings. In addition to better basic digital functions, they would like to see an optimised user experience. This is according to a market study by CREALOGIX in Switzerland, Germany and the UK.

Questions about finances, savings accounts or pension provision: More and more interaction with the bank is taking place via easily accessible, digital communication channels. Almost half of the customers can envisage themselves communicating via chat or chatbot with their bank. This is shown in the Conversational Banking Study undertaken by Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Art in Switzerland in collaboration with CREALOGIX.
