CREALOGIX was one of the first to migrate all of its bank customers to eBill, the new infrastructure for digital invoices from SIX. Swiss banks use eBill to offer their customers a uniform, secure and easy-to-use platform for e-bills and LSV. With the introduction of eBill, the foundation will be laid for a multitude of innovations and further growth.
eBill optimises the functionality of digital invoices and combines e-bills and LSV in one system. This standardisation of processes creates complete interoperability between all banks and PostFinance. Private individuals are automatically switched from their bank to eBill. They receive their bills as usual in e-banking. Timo Stein, Head of Product Management at SIX, says:
"eBill becomes the Swiss standard when it comes to paying digital bills, in which all banks participate. The platform has helpful functions such as permanent approval, personalised notifications and installment payments."
CREALOGIX was involved in the development of the new infrastructure from the outset, and is looking forward to standardising the processes. Urs Pfluger, Chief Market Officer at Baloise Bank SoBa, says:
"Thanks to CREALOGIX, we were able to successfully migrate to the new eBill solution from SIX. This will make it even easier for our customers to pay their digital invoices and enable us to offer additional services."
Stéphane Martignoni, Head of Sales Retail Banking at CREALOGIX, added:
"As a product house for banking software, we are particularly proud that we can successfully complete this project and that all of our bank customers have been successfully migrated."
