On the 24th April 2018, the industry body "Private Banker International" honoured all outstanding services, consulting services, technology and software solutions in Private Banking and Wealth Management. In the Private Banking & Wealth Management Germany Awards 2018, CREALOGIX won the Financial Advisory Workbench award in the category "Excellence in Customer Experience".
The "Excellence in Customer Experience" award recognizes technology providers whose solutions allow private banks and wealth managers to create a first-class customer experience during the consulting process. The CREALOGIX Financial Advisory Workbench was selected as the winning solution - a hybrid software solution for private banking, which supports the consultant in discussions with customers during preparation and follow-up.
The jury chose CREALOGIX because "they provide an open, flexible and secure technology platform that adds value to private banks and asset managers." Their products, according to the judges, "will support the implementation of MiFID-II consulting services as well as the personal advice of client advisors and hybrid omnichannel consultants. Their innovative software solutions provide an efficient advisory process for financial services."
